I keep it at 300mg max for the first half of the day. THen maybe 450mg max for the whole day.


Try to keep it to 300mg max a day.

Yeah my routine used to be

One 200mg pill as soon as I wake up in the morning. Jolts me awake and eliminates any constipation.

And then another around 11, and sometimes another at 3.

But now 200mg isn't enough in the morning. Still feel groggy.

no most energy drinks from monster to reign to bang to ghost or w/e is 200-300mg caffeine

ghosts I have found to be the best tbh, its supposed to be quality natural caffeine plus nootropics and tastes really good not overly artificial sweetened like bang and reign.
