I think thats the case.
I did some research, she is apparently born a female. There are photos from her being a kid.
But she came out as a lesbian many years ago and acts like the "man" in a relationship which would make sense that she tries to look like a guy now.
Tits are probably reduced for performance but also aesthetic reasons.
