Almost 15 years ago, I was working as a personal trainer/managing the personal training company for a gym chain called Fuel Fitness srs.

There was this gas station on my way home where I stopped to get gas that sold chocolate covered cashews. Best tasting chit I've ever eaten in my life dead srs. Soon I started buying a pack every day.

One day right before the time the gym closed down, the front desk guy saw me get out of my truck and started laughing.

I gave him a look, and he said: "Getting a little fat there, aren't you DrewDarden?"

I should have accepted this criticism and put an end to it then. But I let my cashew addiction get the better of me and it would take me many years to overcome it.

SRS story.

Not a fan of butterscotch, but cashews are probably my favorite nuts. (No homo?)

Would still eat because I'm in bulk mode year round/10

Also isn’t that just regular peanut brittle or are you saying you made it with butterscotch? Sorry I know it’s coming off as a dumb question.

Melt some butterscotch chips and mix in some crushed up and whole cashews. Spread mixture on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle a few more cashews on top and chill in freezer for a couple hours. Take out, break up into pieces and you're done.
