There are steps between "spending too much on it" and "no alcohol."

usually alcoholism is attributed to an underlying cause beyond just become a habit i been there srs
once you nail the root cause you'll level up bigly OP
i might have a drink or two every few months but i recognize its poisonous qualities
ill stick to milk N 100% juice

Starting seeing my face bloat and get red lately. It was causing crazy anxiety.
I'm going on day 3 and I'm starting to feel better. All of my friends quit drinking and I moved out of the college town I was living in to a small town. I think this will be a huge for cravings.

When you go without alcohol for months then you get drunk again you realise how toxic it truly is to your body
Brb massive headache
Brb sloppy dumps
Brb red/puffy face
Brb can't even think straight
Brb stomach all jacked up
Brb sleep quality is dire, wake up feeling like you didn't even get any
Brb bad throat
Yet some miscers down this poison every night. Jfl

I've been drinking pretty heavy off and on since like 2010 but I'm finally ready to make a huge change and stay off it for good

Good for you, if you can't moderate it it's probably best not to have it at all. I've seen it destroy two lives, it was sad because these guys didn't except it was a problem until it was too late!
