Anyone know anything about these "Ryde" women empowerment spin classes?

They have them here in my city and a few others. It's called Ryde. Basically it caters to female only classes. I was walking by one next to my gym. Not a part of it but literally just next one over and I heard the coach on the mic yelling chit like:

"think about your ex who broke up with you! and Lets Go!"
"Yes feel sexy and no one can do it but you"

etc chit like that.

looked like this ded srs:

Women need that kind of motivation to sweat their fat asses off so they can attract a new mate. So they will attend for a few months, lose twenty pounds, find a new boyfriend and then stop going.

Imagine the uproar if they tried to do a male only exercise class.

LOL I actually heard of someone doing that. I didn't know spin and ryde classes were the same. Never knew chit like that existed. Always thought those stationary bikes was just a pure cardio and just a "pump up" deal but I didn't know they made that chit personal.

I dont get the whole bike dancing thing.

Just turn the knob to get more resistance if you need more of a workout.

GF goes to a spin studio. I've gone with her a couple times.

Can confirm, it's gay as chit. They tell you how "beautiful" you are over a megaphone each time

they also try to turn it into a full body workout by making you do "push ups" on the bike, and have weights that go up to 5 lb for other bs.

Yeah I've wondered what that was all about. You think being constantly told by other people of the same sex messes with their heads into believing they can do better than their current partner? Seems kind of toxic reverse-compliment type of deal.
