Whose triglycerides are extremely high?

Sitting at 310mg/l all other blood work is good..

29 workout and am fit. Eat occasional junk food, and drink 20 beers a week on average. How concerned should I be of a heart attack?

It's whose.

Cholesterol is mostly genetic, get on meds so you don't die suddenly at 40 and retards here blame it on the vaccine.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I know that taking fish oil with drop triglyceride levels significantly.

If you have lost weight of late, that can result in high triglyceride levels for a few weeks.
