2 oz chamomile infused bourbon
0.25 banana oleo
0.25 dolin vermouth
2 dash angostura

Pretty successful experiment actually. Used 8 oz or so of bourbon and added 4 camomile tea bags. Let it sit for a few hours. At first taste it’s just like your standard bourbon, add a bit of sugar and dilution and it really picks up the camomile aftertaste.
