Well, the black on black crime is brought up because it is tragic. People hope to put a stop to it. There are potential solutions to the high black and black crime issue but they tend to be ignored and so the violence and crime continues.

The other item is that while around 90% of crimes against black Americans are reported to be caused by other black Americans, the Democrat press likes to highlight the less frequent white on black crimes seen in todays world. Equally the Democrat press tends to ignore black on black crime.
