I have one day where I do 4 sets between 4-6 and one where I do between 8-12. But seeing as I look dyel on a good day I'd probably ignore me.

If you're trying to build muscle, you need more volume. Nothing wrong with 13-15 reps, but not all sets. Most should be 8-12, just short of failure. Instead of doing 5 reps for dips, try 3x 12-15. Make sure to do wider grip and rest only 90 seconds tops. If you can't do that many, then use the dip/pullup machine until you can. Focus on time under tension and don't rest too long.
Here is a sample chest workout that I do:
Pec Dec 4x10-15 (with 15's being at first set and moving progressively heavier). I start with pec dec for pre-exhaust
Smith Machine Incline or DB incline press 4x15, 12, 10, 8, 6 (15 is warmup). After the last set you can do a drop set for 12-15
Flat DB press 3 x 10
Dips 3x 12-15 and then alt week add weight belt and 3x 15, 10, 8 and then bodyweight set to failure
You don't need to go do failure on every set, but you should be working hard

You didn't give much information. What's your split? Are you doing total body? PPL? Bro-split?
If you are doing a bro split, and this is your chest day, then you need way more volume. (chest workout listed above is solid)
If you are doing total body split, two chest exercises per workout seems about right.
Just be sure to incorporate progressive overload to make gains.

it's good to mix up lower rep sets with higher rep sets
so yes 15 reps sets can be good
if you also want to build strength (with some size), do your first 1-2 movements with 3-6 reps, do the rest of the other exercises with 8-15 reps.

there is actually no difference in hypertrophy benefits between 5-6 reps and 15-20 reps. The only reason there would be a difference is because people actually use proper form and not ego lift when they do lighter weight/more reps. So for people who ego lift too much or drop form when they "go heavy" , they "benefit" from "more volume" just because they are actually using proper form and the right muscles then, and when they use heavy weight they are using any and all muscles they can to move weight from point a to b which IS NOT the point of hypertrophy training.
Science and studies also back this up as does all text on hypertrophy training that is respected.
