Magnesium citrate

This stuff is awesome. I have been hurting inside so bad I can’t even deadluft so I downed a bottle of this. Within 45 minutes I took the best dump ever. Like I feel like I lost 10 lbs. I’m doing crunches on the floor right now. It’s not my back that is hurting. It’s definitely something in my insides. I’m going to change my eating habits big time. I don’t want to be one of those queers like that but I’ll be eating fruits and yogurts instead of cheese nips and pizza. Saw some weirdo yesterday buying all of this crap but he looked healthy and I hate it but I got to make a change if I’m going to keep up these heavy weights

You will crap a good powerful 30 straight seconds. The first part will be a slippery turd and eventually it turns into water. This stuff takes all of the water in your body and flushes it into your intestines. It really cleans you out. I even had coffee behind it. I’m thinking of trying this 3 day reset thing where all you do is drink fruit and veggie smoothies for 3 days. It’s supposed to reset your body but I like to eat so much. I alreay caved in and had a tuna sandwich already

Phuck that is ghey. Try to get out of the grocery store without getting your dink groped by twinks seeing all those fruits in your cart. Cashier gonna be eyeing you when she scans three 18" cucumbers the diameter of her wrist. At least you can eat a whole banana in one bite for your preworkout and to let the gym know you are changing things up all at the same time.

Is what you took like a single serve bottle, or was it a bottle to be taken in dosages? Srs my regularity has not been in the chitter lately.

It’s in a bottle. It tastes like sprite too. I read a lot got recalled though. I don’t know what I have going on but it sucks. Like I’m tempted to stop eating. Half the time I can’t even deadlift because of sone pain Back there but then I’ll pass wind or poop and I’m better. Dude was cracking jokes but maybe I do have cancer or something.

I haven't experienced back pain or cramping, but I do feel bloated occasionally. I'll be regular for 3-5 days, then I just won't have that "feeling" to go in the morning for a day or two. It's weird. I've had this issue for a few years, but I've never experienced pain or discomfort aside from slight bloating. I checked my multi, and I only get half of my magnesium intake from it, a new pwo I use has 25% of my intake but in oxide form. What dose/mg did you take for your affect?

Oxide is better for chitting, but citrate has the same effect if taken in high enough amounts. Oxide overall is garbage for bioavailability BTW.

Neat. I honestly think one day I compacted a turd against my spine on the leg press and now it’s something I deal with. It could be cancer. I’m not joking. When I was younger I had scar tissue in my kidneys and I thought it was pulled muscles until I ended up in the er. This pain is similiar

I have a bottle of gelcaps here, if I take too many, I take the nastiest chits ever. It does feel like I lose a lot of weight, but you pretty much have to commit to a day where every slight butt-pucker could end in disaster. But taken in small maintenance doses, it helps me lose weekend bloat a lot faster than not on its own. Might try to go no carb with magnesium after holiday and see how that works out.
