That pit bull's jaw isn't gonna stay locked once it gets a bad swipe from a bear paw or biteback from the bear.

i guess the bear if they were cornered, but perhaps the pitbull would be more willing to sustain damage while the bear might run if given the chance

I see heaps of Grizzly attacks. However not many black bears... I do hear they're quite strong?

I'm not one to brag, but I would destroy both those creatures at the same time, using just my hands and feet and elbows.

I'd beat the everlasting chit out of them.

i'm not too knowledgeable, but without googling I'm gonna say black bears are much stronger than pitbulls and they weigh much more as well however they are much smaller than grizzly bears and more skittish/afraid of humans, also I think their diet relies less on hunting big game and maybe more on nuts, honey, bugs so maybe less physically aggressive
