Getting rid of ads on bb.com that take up like 1/3 of my computer screen? (srs)

I've tried literally everything from laptop settings and removing/adding cookies yet can't get rid of them. Do I have to purchase some sort of ad blocker? I've misc'd since 2008 and now this site has legit become unbearable to use (srs). I'm referring to the ads at the bottom of the screen, not the ones on top or to the right. The reason it pisses me off primarily is the thousands of dollars i've spent on products from bb.com over the years.
