humanity is being sucked out of people

I am hyper aware of how i feel and i know what makes me feel good and bad. What ive noticed is when i go on these zoomer binges of social media, music blasting, video games, pr0n, etc i feel disconnected and apathetic. Whenever I disconnect from these i feel human again. I dont know what it is but i have a theory that these, and any type of addictions really suck what i call our inner "man juice" (no homo) out of us and leave us as husks. Ive noticed that everyone hooked onto these things are always lazy with no motivation, will power, or mental strength

Anyone know this feel?

Yes. Porn and videogames are weapons against men. Once I get off graveyard shift I want to quit videogames. I really don't use social media

I remember a few years ago the power went out in my entire area for miles, I noticed a different vibe in the air, a clean natural feel..my cat even laid down on the floor in an unusual spot for her and had a very content look in her eyes. It was pretty crazy. I swear all these devices sending/receiving signals all around us 24/7 is creating an stress inducing environment without us even realizing it.

I feel the same. Cut out porn completely a couple months ago, haven’t relapsed once. I don’t really play video games, I admittedly used to waste time on ig and chit when bored but I also cut that out completely.

Started readmaxxing every day, cardio every other day with lifting and I feel amazing srs. Supplementmaxxing and eating healthy every day aswell.

Feels like a fkin man again, especially when I hang out with zoomers glued to their phones. They’re completely fked srs
