Decluttering with todo lists

I've been diving into some of that "personal development" bs and noticed that the most recommended way of living a "stress-free" life is making to-do lists and sticking to them. Personally, I find them counterproductive since it's impossible to forget the important **** you gotta do. And what you do forget must be so unimportant that you can just cut off from the wishes list.

Am I missing something? Are there so many weak-minded people out there that need lists and plans to get **** done?

This.

Making lists (not only to do lists) about anything is a GREAT tool to improve your life and declutter, bring order in your life.

You're not seeing the benefit to it because it's aimed at ppl that actually have things "to do" besides make alts on this forum and cry about things. There are plenty of "weak minded" people that have benefited from them and are doing better than you in life.
