ever get a feeling of impending doom while trying to sleep?

i be tossing and turning and i get thoughts of death, hell, etc.

makes it hard to get a good nights sleep when your mind is being a ****ggot

Just about every other night srs. I think about all the fked up stuff I did as a kid. Wonder if so and so from 2008 still hates me etc

Funny thing is. I never think about this stuff during the day. As soon as my head it’s the pillow, it’s like my mind replays my entire life history in a negative way. “Remember that kid that you told his parents he was gay? Yea you’re a terrible person tbh. Do not sleep tonight”

Weird.

I feel the opposite - empowered with a smile on my face. Often getting rock hard thinking about my dominant energy and how great the next day will be.
