Why are Russian oligarchs still talking chit about Vladdy Daddy?

Why do these dudes keep opening their yaps when they KNOW King Vladimir is sending death squads after anyone who shows the slightest disloyalty? These guys were smart enough to steal millions/billions from mother russia by snuggling up to Putin, but now they think it's a great time to chit on him?
