There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

In all srsness, blueberries, brócoli, spinach are good foods for collagen production. Foods high in antioxidants are good for skin. Bone broth is a little bit of broscience but also good.
Omega 3s are good for your skin too, foods like salmon, nuts etc
Also do dermarolling on your skin. You can do it at home or go to someone. I can’t be bothered explaining why this is important but just do as I say
Stay hydrated and drink water regularly (avoid alcohol as much as poss as it dehydrated skin)
Do fasting every now and then, good for anti aging.
And try keep chitty sugar intake low as possible

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply a herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

wash with a high quality facial cleanser twice a day, i prefer Goodfellow & Co No. 05 kelp & sea mineral face wash from Target...best face wash money can buy and only about $6.
then use a good quality face lotion at night...Tula 24-7 moisture hydrating day & night cream is GOAT...
every morning before heading out into the sun, make sure to put on a good face lotion with some SPF...JackBlack's is great smelling. If it's overcast or rainy, use the Tula instead.
drink lots of water, eat a healthy diet, and get lots of sleep.
