Housing Crash Already Worse Than 08... No End In Sight

Very very informative video. Look at the trajectory of the crash in 2022. the drop is way sharper than the beginning of the 08 crash. It's literally in free fall. 2023 is going to be a blood bath

I hope you're in cash boyos. everything is going on fire sale.

Boomer Dave Ramsey says a housing crash will not happen. Boomer Dave says he has statistics to prove it. If you buy a ticket to see him live, he'll show you. Boomer Dave also sells books and has personalities.

Boomer Dave.
boomers are out of touch. they give advice to youngcels when they lived through the most prosperous time in world history. not just american history. WORLD HISTORY. now they left America in shambles and asks why you aren't as successful as they were.

so that's about 20% of total renters.

That number is only going to skyrocket.

Good luck.

Good, hopefully my home insurance premium and property taxes will decrease. Ded srs my insurance jumped 30% last year and my taxes 40% jump.... fuk that, I have to pay more because blackrock jews were pumping the market.

Dave Ramsey's point was over the long term, yes prices will go up. We are seeing a correction although I hope it corrects into the toilet. More wealth is made in recession, why do you think they are dumping? So much money was made in the housing crash.

Friend of a friend bought a house 3 years ago then decided he was going to sell and get rich since the prices were skyrocketing. He moved his wife and kid into his parent's house about a year ago. Nobody wanted his shthole and they are moving back in LMFAO. Had to shell out 10k+ to fix his whole heating/cooling system. I LOLed when he tried to say he just didn't want to sell anymore

Is that a thing? Because I don't believe I have ever seen that in my life.

I was checking out a town that seems very nice this morning. I didn't see that prices have come down, but I did see a couple of new builds which it seems are being abandoned by the builder- unfinished houses now listed for $100K to $200K below the initial asking price, but they are not completed...looks like they are roughed in and there is interior framing but no sheet rock/trim/flooring/fixtures/etc.

In on weekly rentcel cope thread. Homes are still worth on average 60% more than they were in 2019.

Also your 100% interest rent is due in about a week OP.

all those gains have already been wiped out in Canada.

America is about half way through those gains in 3 months. will be wiped out by 2nd quarter of 2023 and then freefall from there. no end in sight.

Why would your property tax change? They only re-assess when the property is sold/bought.
