Biden should have used all the remaining SS funds to help pay off student loans. Win win for both parties IMHO.

Republicans finally get rid of that trash socialist system and Retards get some of their loans forgiven.

Of course all the old fuk career politicians would never turn on their boomer bases living off SS.

We don't have enough homeless already?

People already end up homeless by not paying property tax.

Until we teach financial literacy, there's no hope for people being self-reliant, especially come retirement age. Not to mention being taxed to death on capital gains.

It has to be phased out slowly. Can't just take it away from some 90 year that worked their whole life.

It would have to be a generational cut off. Meaning it would have to be told to current people say under 25 they get nothing but also pay nothing.

The problem honestly isn't social security, that is probably one of the good social programs. All the other social entitlements and such should be drastically cut/ removed to fund social security.

Anyone here could end up needing it decades from now, it wouldn’t make sense to get rid of it

I am mixed on this because you would be cutting off all benefits to young people just to support the old population.

Probably better than having the current social security system though.

It makes sense to make some support automatic.
