In fact, for Greta its not only autism, but her face has very strong F.A.S. structure. They're literally arguing with a retard.

A lot of times these social media influencers/internet gurus/"debate bros" will get into shouting matches with other folks on the internet and intentionally say and do controversial chit just to stay relevant. They typically like to go after the CEO's of companies on twitter or politicians like AOC or Trump, but someone like Greta falls in that same camp. Even bad publicity is still a form of publicity.
