I have them and used them for a while, but I don't think I worked hard enough at it to see results. Then I got elbow tendonitis, which I don't think they caused but they definitely aggravated. I quit using them while I rehabbed my elbow and haven't felt like trying again. I might if grip starts to be a limiting factor in my lifts, but otherwise I probably won't bother.

I currently have the Guide through #1. When I can close the #1 ten times I'll get a 1.5.

I still have a pair of adjustable ones - not the same brand.
Although they're not complicated, nor a dangerously, heavily-loaded dumbbell, proper training approaches are necessary even for these. When I was well into my self-improvement phase several years back, I definitely overused these and had to let my hands heal.

Got the #1 and #2. They’re nice but I never used them too regularly. Closing the #2 is a nice party trick though. I always kept it at my desk in the office just to mog my coworkers and to remind them that their power pales in comparison to mine. Nothing like watching someone struggle to barely move the handles, while you squeeze out reps like it’s nothing.

I have a few like it, but not that brand. I haven't been using it much.
Recently took up rope climbing with the goal being able to climb the rope using only upper body, no legs. That seriously requires finger strength for the grip. It's not like gripping a bar at all. Climbers have seriously strong grip.

I have the 1 and 2. I hardly ever use them though. I got pretty into grip training at one point but just kinda lost interest after a month.

Best grip strength I get is from when I'm cutting metal with aviation and regular tin snips.
I still need to get the real captains of crush. I've got some old poverty ones with red plastic handles and they're not very challanging.

I have several.
In retrospect, they're kind of a waste of time
-don't build forearm size
-don't translate well to grip strength outside of grippers
-fatiguing in a bad way to tissues of the hand
if you have a goal of closing a certain gripper as a short term goal then go for it, but I don't really waste time on them anymore.

I bought the trainer, and have been neglecting my grip strength since. I prefer using this for rock climbers.
