Get back in the gym. Lost a bit of motivation lately. I've been really busy with work etc and it took a toll on me. Limit my alcohol intake, go on more hikes and adventures, etc and go to Las Vegas and surrounding areas with the Mrs in Sept. Pretty much sums it up!

a lot of my goals carry over from previous years. i am going to be very mindful on spending money so I can contribute more to my roth ira. Something new is I wanna live by applying this quote, "do nothing I will later regret".
