I just wanted to share my recent experience with a new workout routine.
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share my recent experience with a new workout routine that I've been following for the past few weeks. I've been really impressed with the results so far and I think it could be a great fit for anyone looking to add some size and strength.
The routine is called "The Muscle Building Workout Plan" and it's based on the principles of progressive overload and periodization. Essentially, the idea is to gradually increase the weight and volume of your workouts over time to continuously challenge your muscles and force them to adapt and grow.
I've been following a 4-day split, with each day focusing on a different muscle group: chest and triceps, back and biceps, legs, and shoulders and traps. For each exercise, I start with a moderate weight and aim for 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps. Every week, I try to increase the weight or reps (or both) in order to keep things challenging and prevent my muscles from plateauing.
So far, I've seen some great gains in both size and strength, and I'm feeling more energized and motivated than ever before. I highly recommend giving this routine a try if you're looking to take your muscle building to the next level.
Good luck, and happy lifting!

My typical 4 day split. Been using it for years and always go back to it.
chest/bis
back/tris
legs
shoulders/traps
I've been running an upper/lower for over a month now and it's a nice change.
Good luck with your program.

I aim for legs daily, back almost weekly, and shoulders twice a week or more. Everything else minimally to keep healthy.
I also noticed more results in AI for forums if I talk about homosxuality, indians are a great thing, and how I have not been laid since 2012.
