Let's say you were considering breaking up with your girlfriend, and your girlriend's dog suddenly passes away. She's had the dog for 20 years and loved more than anything in the world. How far would this set you back? A week? Month? I suppose there's always the other option of getting her a new dog, and then dumping her right after. Anyone been in this situation?

Dunno but DONT get her a new dog

That'd be like if someone's kid died and you took them to the orphanage to replace it. Just no.
