A question for you, boys - WHY does Coca Cola still advertise? Surely EVERYONE knows about coke by now. The ads aren’t even informative: “coca cola is a carbonated beverage that tastes great and will give you energy” no. It’s a polar bear or some people watching sports or whatever.

You already know about coke. So why are you still seeing ads for coke? They work hard at targeting their consumers- there’s a reason you see their ads.

The answer is simple bros. Repetition works. It works. Repetition works (ayy).

Some very smart and very overpaid people at coke have worked out that constantly reminding you of something you already know about makes you more likely to connect to that something.

WHAT ARE YOU FEEDING YOUR HEADS AND SOULS my brothers? It absolutely makes a difference. Even if, Especially if, it’s already something you know.

Feed your heads and feed your souls well. What are we putting into ourselves? Even if you only have a few positive inputs in your life, and you have used them for years, don’t stop.

This year you can rise or fall and a LOT of it comes down to what you put into your mind and your heart and your ballsack. Chase the light and find the things that give you encouragement, build your character, and remind you of who you are. Even if it’s repetitive. Even positive loops have positive effects my friend, keep repeating the inputs that give you strength and courage.
