Just started my own Youtube Automation Channel (AMA)

First video is live:

The process for this first video took about 2 hours, but I think I can get it to under 1 hour:

1. Rip an existing Youtube video
2. Turn video file into text script
3. Turn text script into video automatically using a tool like Pictory.ai
4. Create thumbnail image using a template from Canva
5. Upload to Youtube

I chose the Motivation niche as I find the videos can be pretty inspiring, and garner alot of views.

The trick will be monitoring the latest podcasts to start putting together clips and content before other accounts do.

Short form content to be used on Youtube shorts, Tiktok and Instagram reels. Longer form content like the video at the top for regular Youtube, which will get monetized eventually.

Most people don't realize that your channel needs 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours before you can monetize your video and make money from ads.

Goal is to post one long form video a week for the 2023 calendar year.

Wish me luck boyos, and of course, please Like and Subscribe for more great content like this.

LOL, this is a quick way to build passive income.

Everyone is ripping off Andrew Tate's podcasts and using them as narrations for a motivational video. Then they use some cheesy, overly dramatic motivation music and BAM they get 100K views within a week.

Easy monetization.

I salute your hustler mentality, OP.

This video right here is a great example. They stole one of Andrew Tate's podcasts and used it as narration. Then they added overly dramatic motivational music and some b-roll footage. It now has 1M views.

Easy money.

Yes, exactly!

The process can be completely automated with overseas workers from the Philippines.

That is the goal once I optimize the process and workflow.

Just have them pumping out videos and see what sticks.

Something is amiss

You can't monetize if either audio or visuals are copyright protected. This includes podcasts and other non public domain audio content

was wondering about copyright too

OP that will take out your chit real quick. youtube will prob just take down your chit. but if the original author decides to pursue you... youre talking large amounts. the usual cease and desist used to scare people (tells you to take down their content.. or else) is like 8 to 15k. much more if they actually pursue

as far as im aware, making a "parody" is one of the only things that falls under creative commons license; where you can use someone's content but "change" it (enough)

Nice hustle. I think the Youtube algo is at least 10 minutes, though.

Edit:I was curious about the copywrite, so I did you a favor and reported it for copywrite infringement.

Thanks for reminding me about this, I was going something similar but a harder way, was taking license free nature videos (rivers, rain etc) and uploading them as asmr and even looping them to be longer, should get back on that grind

Step 1: Use podcast audio from famous influencers. Some popular influencers that people rip off are: Andrew Tate, David Goggins, Joe Rogan, Kevin Samuels
Step 2: Use B-roll footage of people working out, crying, or looking lonely
Step 3: Add cheesy, overly dramatic, inspirational music
Step 4 Get rich
Step 5: Spend your earnings on ******* and hookers.
Step 6: Set some money aside for the eventual copyright lawsuits.

Regarding Copyright - this is the same style of video that alot of other accounts use. And their videos are monetized.

When I uploaded the video there was an automatic "Copyright check" that Youtube did, and it passed that.

All of that being said, this is something I will need to look into further as I would like to start cutting in some footage of the actual speaker.

My guess is that youtube algorithm will be able to be able to figure out this kind of content and basically shadow ban in.

Long term I’m sure they want original content not just a bunch of rehashed ai crap

Here's another great example of what the formula I described:

1) Steal podcast audio from David Goggins, Andrew Tate, Joe Rogan etc
2) Add in cheesy, overly dramatic inspirational music
3) Use stock footage of people working out, crying, looking sad and downtrodden
4) Get rich

It's easy money cause so many people need motivation these days.

And you're only scratching the surface of monetization with these vids OP. End these vids with a small segment about an affiliate product and you'll cash on that too.

Btw he will not get fcked by copyrighting issues, what he doing is perfectly legal. Google it.

Edit: also op your description sucks, need to use some SEO there.
