Thread: What was the point of the 4th plane supposedly set to hit the White House?

What was the point of the 4th plane supposedly set to hit the White House?

The plane that was "not" shot down and crashed in PA they said was aimed for the White House. Why? Just for symbolic purposes? You crash into the tallest building on earth full of thousands of people, now you're trying to destroy an empty building so low to the ground that is incredibly hard to hit. Were the hijackers thinking Bush was still asleep with his wife in his bedroom or something and they were going to stick it to America by taking them out?

Personally I feel that would have been bigger, atleast symbolicly, than the towers.

Also what of the early morning reports of arrests made surronding a truck full of explosives on the George Washington Bridge, prior to the 911 attacks

It’s already been established that just having a shirtless guy in a horned helmet walking around your government buildings was worse than 9/11. Based on that destroying the White House would have been 100x worse.

I thought it was supposed to be heading for the capitol but either way, mostly symbolic.

I do believe it was the passengers retaking the cockpit that led to the plane crashing, but the plane being shot down is a pretty believable conspiracy theory. The wreckage/debris field looked more like a nosedive rather than the plane breaking up at altitude though.
And relief washes over me in an awesome wave

Nothing ever came of the story and the details were never elaborated, who was arrested, what kind of explosives etc.

Conspiracy theorists ran with the story though. Suggesting 4-5 whites, non arabs or even Israelis were arrested with enough explosives to blow up the bridge. There's an Immortal Technique verse referencing it, as well as varios conspiracy theories. Ranging from the bridge being a target, to the explosive were intended to be placed at the base of the tower, which is why it free fell demolition style. The later not really making sense as the men with the explosives were stopped en route
