Jacked Influencer kids you see online are likely born with a silver apoon in their mouth. Its reality.

You cant have a fit body like Lebron at 39 yeara old without spending tons of cash on foods and other stuff just to keep your body functioning at his optimum state.

Agreed OP, high IQ individuals would put that time and energy towards something productive.

Bodybuilding is for low IQ individuals that don't have talent to put into anything else so might as well bodybuild which takes no effort.
