A day in the life of a carbcel
- wake up hungry and sore from all the insulin and blood sugar swings
- take a messy sheit, use 2 rolls of toilet paper, because fiber and gluten
- eat 4 cups of oats because Jay Cutler does it, so it must be gainz
- get on Misc and make angry post about how Keto is a fad and brain needs sugar
- go to work tired
- get coffee on the way to work because blood sugar is a mess and thus tired
- get to work already hungry, can’t wait for lunch
- eat sandwich for lunch
- fart all day from gluten and grains in the sandwich, be hungry for dinner
- have pasta for dinner
- wash a ton of dishes from breakfast and dinner and multiple snacks
- look in the mirror and wonder why no 6-pack abs
- get on Misc again and post about how PhD Layne Norton sugar is good, and how Keto is bad because study this and study that blah blah blah.
- have trouble falling asleep because sugar etc.
- repeat the next day
Day in the life of a low carb IF turbo Chad
- wake up refreshed
- feel no hunger, get sheit done
- have endless energy the entire day, and quiet digestion
- take a clean sheit that doesn’t even need toilet paper (but still use it)
- eat a massive medium rare ribeye with a beautiful salad.
- have glowing skin, 6 pack abs, and no bloating or gas
- drop dead when it’s time to sleep
- wake up refreshed and repeat
- take a messy sheit, use 2 rolls of toilet paper, because fiber and gluten

The problem is, you need high carbs for athletic performance and lifting heavy.

This post could be written in the holy Bible itself.
I have never ever seen a better post exept OATS ARE GOOD FOR YOU and they taste so good.
But beside that you nearly cracked the simulation with this post.

I came across this Doctor's youtube channel the other day. He is smart af and is very familiar with biochem. His dietary recommendations for perfect health was a low fat vegan diet (and also low protein by virtue). He couldn't say enough good things about making carbohydrates your primary source of calories. He based alot of his advice on someone named Dr. McDougall. Something in me just told me this dude is full of chit and if i ate like this i would be up fuct creek.

But my point is that I never understood what the value is of eating a large sweet potato with your dinner, obviously immediately crashing, AND being hungry, not to mention farting for hours since most people don’t even have the enzyme to digest the potato. I just don’t get it. And there is no satisfaction from this, you can eat 10 potatoes, and you just want more, you never get satisfied.

bunch of literal potatoes in this thread
no carb potatoes, of course
Also, higher morning blood glucose can somewhat be caused from a huge GH dump while you're sleeping (particularly in fit people) i think, but I'll also be the first to admit that doesnt apply to most people, they just have high fasted blood glucose bc of **** diets
(someone correct me if I'm wrong, dont know a ton about this particular part of dieting)

How low carb does one go before they can be a no-carbcel? I generally believe in CICO, but I have noticed I get way leaner and keep excess weight off more easily on low carb.

I will admit it’s individual. I know people who do amazing on fruits all day. I also know people who perform better fasted and/or on low carbs, including for heavy lifting. My thread is to laugh at the general mindless modern culture of snacking, sugar, juices, soft drinks, obesity, and mindlessly believing carbs should be your main macro because that’s what the government says etc.
You gotta remember, you are 1%
Vast majority of people do not lift, will not lift, don’t have your genetics, will NEVER EEEEEEEEVER count calories nor ballpark them, EVER! Those people have no business eating carbs and snacking on potato chips. Vast majority of people should try to get away from culture of frequent meals, carbs being the main macro, and so on. As far as an average person goes, potato is NOT healthy. Asparagus with wild salmon is healthy. Water is healthy, orange juice is not. You get the idea.
