Male Inequality in Society

This vid is a tiny bit woke, but not too much. The guy does make a few good points. Basically, women are beating men at education among other things.

I personally think that the issue with young men today is that their life is too easy, couple that with many not having strong male role models, and it's easy to see why young men have so many issues today, why they're so weak. As soon as they have even a little adversity in their life they crumble.

Does anyone here disagree with me?
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Men are disadvantaged on virtually every measure of societal advantage and disadvantage. Much shorter life expectancy, 3x as likely to commit suicide, much more likely to be addicted to drugs and alcohol, much less likely to get into university, 40x more likely to be incarcerated, 2-3x as likely to be murdered or violently assaulted.

Humans need goals which require effort achieve and moderate success at achievement in order to avoid frustration.

Goals which most closely relate to survival, or where failure to achieve goal results in death (food, shelter) give you the most satisfaction.

Goals with which given everything else are still a requirement for a happy live come next (sex)

Goals which serve as modern substitutes can be everything from achievements at work to hobby’s. However none of which are done with true autonomy or out of necessity for survival, and we evolved for hundreds of thousands of years receiving feel good chemicals merely for making it through the day.

Now making it through the day is achieved by bare minimum effort in filling in spaces in line for the industrial machine. Yay technology.

Many people state that the current generation is doomed because of their weak tendencies. But if you look on this site, you'll see many 20-30+ years olds who cry and complain about how unfair life is and how they can't get laid because of something that's not "their" fault. These guys will do everything but try to better themselves and put forth any amount of effort. At the end of the day, how much fault does society have versus the parents and the failures themselves?

Pattern development is the easiest way to identify real issues. This is a pattern, so clearly there is a real problem. What presents the least variables is the society it's self, backed up by the way prior notorious issues in society displayed patterns.

Yet we constantly continue to hear about "male privilege", "patriarchy", that women are oppressed/disadvantaged, etc. etc. Just ignore all of that, "man up", and don't talk about it though.

I actually don't even particularly have much of an issue with the things you stated, and men having their own disadvantages/burdens - life isn't fair and there are burdens that come with being a man. It's when all of that gets ignored and then society, on top of that, gaslights (yes I know that word gets so overused/abused that it's become cringe now, but is appropriate here) men that have some massive "privilege" and all of these massive concessions need to be given to those poor poor women in the name of "equity"- at the expense of men andmeritocracy.

But isn't the problem that the people advocating for giving women everything are usually men as well. It wasn't women who gave women an advantage in custody court and divorce court, it was weak men.

To a large extent, yes. At the end of the day - it's also men allowing/enabling/whatever it to happen...if enough men collectively decided "fuk that" then a quick end could be put to that BS.

As it is now though...most men who even slightly hint at that kind of thing are completely vilified by society at large.

and yet, every man i know needs to tell every woman they know what to do or their lives will spiral out of control.
Left to their own devices they do chit like lease a car then trade it in when the brake pads need replacing.

any man who sits around thinking about this chit deserves to wallow in their own soy-cuckery.

I'll tell you one metric in which men have now become equal to women where they previously lagged way behind:
whining like bitches.
This thread being a prime example.

Well, they are raised by women, in which society tells them that their chit don't stink

Single mom sends her kid to a female daycare worker then to school where he is taught by almost exclusively by female teachers. When he watches tv the programming tells him that women are always right and men are bumbling idiots. When he sees a gitl he is attracted to, and daydreams about her he is told he is misogynist for sexually objectifying her. That when he lashes out because things aren't making sense, he is exhibiting toxic masculinity.

This is a cycle that gets exponentially worse every decade.

Women have it way easier than men, if all else fails they can just start up an onlyfans and start making a few thousand a month.

Simps and cucks that support women like that have led to the downfall of men.

You mean when men had all the jobs and income and women were left penniless at home? Those men were weak for giving them alimony and child support?

Don't get me wrong, times have changed and the laws need to be updated, but to act like men were "weak" for making sure jobless women could raise their kids is ridiculous.

Men have greater variance in outcomes across all things. I hate all of these ideas that involve moving the world to always be demographically proportionate. Just enable people to pursue the things they are good at/find interesting and let the rest sort itself out.

They were weak for going way past equality and landing in the exact opposite side of the equation.

The problem is that those that are less than start crying about inequality of outcomes.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Well, to add to that, society encourages/enables/etc. certain groups of people to whine about inequality of outcomes, which exasperates it. Since this thread was originally about men vs women, I'll just stay on that topic and...well I don't need to tell you about the difference there. If we strictly keep it to the sexes then we're in a world (in the west at least) that encourages "you go girl!, "smash the patriarchy", "male privilege", and for women to blame any inequal outcomes (the ones that don't benefit them anyway) on all of that nonsense. If you're a man and you aren't getting good outcomes? Men generally accept that they're being losers and don't expect to be given an unfair advantage in the name of "equity" - in particular,if it's "equity" in comparison to women.

Obviously, the discussion can get far more complicated if we start comparing men vs other men, but that was the original topic of discussion.
