Just wondering what some of you guys here think...

In another thread on here recently, I hypothesized about the extreme rise in tattoos in recent years (the last couple of decades or so). I hypothesized that if it looks like we might be leading into a civil war, and if in more "primitive" societies, people geared up for battle by applying a lot of war paint, that the extreme rise in tattoos in younger people over the last couple of decades or so is essentially, whether consciously meant or not, a rise in war paint. Of course, just applying war paint doesn't say what side you're on, whether you're one of the "good" guys or not, or even that you know what you're doing. But I digress.

But what about people who, in this day and age, present themselves ULTRA-conventionally - like mostly neutral-toned, regular-degree-of-modesty clothes, very "conservatively" groomed, no tattoos, etc? What does that say?
