I'm the last person to chit on someone for trying to better themselves but just lmao @ people who need an imaginary number as an incentive to garner some motivation after having been a lazy hog or hopeless addict for at least a year straight




if you need that then it's 99% over for you and you'll be out of the gym and back to old habbits after 3 months tops
