Why did people pushing NFT’s lie about its “uTiLiTy”

had to do with ownership when literally all that technology has existed for decades?

Nft to prove own something - cool certifications of authenticity and legal documents have existed already

Nft to get into clubs, parties, restaurants, concerts - cool tickets have literally existed for centuries.

Nft to be part of a “group” - cool memberships have literally existed for decades.

People trying to sucker the gullible into buying things that don’t exist will say ANYTHING to trick them. Same with crypto

All those rich famous people got idiots to buy into their NFT's and made the price soar and they sold high and it dropped value when it was no longer associated with said persons.. basically they pulled the rug from under a lot of fools
