I'm on a journey to a healthier me.

which means no smoking weed or cigs. no buying junk food all the time. trying to incorporate fitness in my life. and change my overall life style. it's my new years resolution.

Start by staying away from processed/packaged food. Keep your sugar intake around 20g outside of fruits
