I'm 35 but if I could give my younger self advice.
-Start working/saving/investing ASAP.
-Live frugal/stay debt free.
-Do not waste time on any hobbies that don't improve you/your life for the future. IE porn, video games, netflix/tv, etc. Get offline. And get out the house.
-Lift weights and cultivate a healthy body and good physique.
-Only date on a casual basis. Just have fun. Plow as many girls as possible. But Don't spend too much time on relationships.

Do things that will lift you up and make you a better man. Focus on physical health habits, spiritual habits, hobbies or something that are going to be productive. All those things you listed in the OP typically just take away time or use up time without much positive impact and mostly a net negative in your life.

I know people that read fiction pretty much exclusively and I'd say they have an intellectual edge that non-readers don't have.
Self help and self improvement books do nothing for me. So its either fiction or historically based books.
