Failed to recognized some tinder girl

So i've been talking to this chick for the last 6-7 days, first 2 in tinder then on whatsapp. we talk alot, pics voice chats 1 phone call and we were supposed to go on a date last saturday but we both couldnt in the end so had to delay it. but overall it doesnt look like the typical ghosting experience i get from most girls on dating apps.
Today i was walking in the street going to the supermarket, suddenly i see some girl walking in the opposite direction, staring at me really hard. I looked at her a bit, thought she look a bit familar and maybe its her, but kept walking. its important to note that im really bad at recognizing faces, i believe i have some degree of prosopagnosia. anyway i just told myself that when ill get home ill stalk her ig to see if its really her.
I forgot about it, only remembered now, like 8 hours later, and im pretty sure its her.
The last time we talked was 2 hours befoer we saw each other.


What should i do now? she probaly thinks im such a huge pusi for not approaching her. fuk guys.
She also seemed alot cuter irl, another reason i thought its probaly not her. not gonna post pics but she looked 7/10 irl.


my options are:
-a day later, ask if maybe i saw her in the street (a bit of a pusi move a day later)
-just pretend like it didnt happen.
-go NC
-???
