How many times a week do you drink until inebriation?

With lots of people valuing new year's resolutions/goals, and many of those relating to substance use, this is just a poll out of pure interest. However, it might also be insightful. It's anonymous if you're uncomfortable sharing this info. Drinking behaviours can be discussed ITT.

Good on ya, breh. I'm going on 9 months sober myself. It almost starts feeling unreal when you're getting near the 1 year mark. However, you end up looking forward to it in a way, because there comes a point where the sober streak itself becomes one of the most validating things about being sober at times lol

Usually in the evenings but would sometimes start early afternoon. Anywhere from 10-20+ drinks. I can drink 10 beers and still be functional the next day and go to the gym.

A few times a year. Usually I have a drink or two when I'm grilling or relaxing or whatever and stop there. No interest in wrecking the next morning with a hangover.

Pretty much the same thing over here. Ironically, I brew beer but don't really drink. I'm lucky if I have 1 beer every 2 weeks or so. I mostly brew for the challenge and experience and serve beers to friends and families at events. In the summertime, I got really into having a nice vienna lager like a sam adams boston lager in the sunshine after working on my land.

Never, not even once in my life. I am better than all of you.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I've seen some of your brewing threads. I don't care for beer but it looks like an interesting process and challenge to play around and brew your own.

Yeah, it's an interesting challenge. I've been brewing lagers lately so there's an extra technical aspect to those.

Usually 1, 2 at the max I’d say. I’d drink and go out more but I don’t have the energy for it and my body can’t process it. I’ve got too many other things to do, and can’t function hungover anymore. Plus the extra calories pack on weight. I have to skip meals just so one night a week doesn’t pack on 15 pounds by next month.

Tolerance can be a bitch. When I drank a lot more often, 10 drinks would be considered the point of inebriation. Less than that would be a light day. It happens to many people who drink very regularly.
