CCW guy shoots bad guy in Texas
Cliffs: bad guy walks in with what looks like a real gun, robs everybody, good guy waits for an angle and the rest is history.

Also, bad guy was a suspect in the killing of a cell phone store owner 10 years prior.

Yeah saw a thread about this before.
Just read an article saying the guy turned himself in and they are going to have him stand before a grand jury to see if he should be charged with anything. I'm sure he will be just fine, but lame it gets to that point in the first place

A texas grand jury will decide whether to criminally charge a Houston taqueria patron who shot dead a robber last week, police said.
The Houston Police Department announced Monday the 46-year-old customer has turned himself in and is cooperating with the investigation into the deadly shooting. He has not been named because he was not arrested or charged with any crime

Hell it is Texas, even IF he has to stand trial, no way he gets convicted.
Hope he is a member of USCCA, in case of the impending lawsuit Iām sure will be filed by the would-be robbers family.

Apparently the robber had a fake gun. So they're taking all this chit into account.
Also he shot him in the back and that's also a no-no according to this criminal defense lawyer I go to martial arts practice with.
He'll probably walk but they're going to give him a hard time. Liberal LGBTQ houston at its finest.
