The key to eternal youngness!
Is to mitochondriamaxxing.
1- intermitent fasting (eat only what you need, if you feel that your stomach is full, you eat too much)
1 bis - sleep well
2- pomegranate and honey - the first is better than red wine and green tea. Honey never rot. There is some logic behind
3- hiit but not to the extreme. Never do more than 1 effort 2 rest.
4- maybe the hardest, don't cum except if you want to procreate
5- good deeds, did you realize how you heart feel after a good deeds?
6 - no drugs alcohol (even thoughtI'm drunk right now)
Plenty more but i turn lazy. Add some if you want.

While acute injury can be repaired by replication of healthy and undamaged mitochondria, chronic exposure to alcohol causes repeated degradation of the mitochondria, leading to mitochondrial depletion, inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and, ultimately, liver disease.

Same for pomegrenate, hiit, etc..
At least we both believes/knows that alcohol is a legal drug.
There is a TED about mitochondria. Everyone concerned about health should take a look.
