There are several variables which would determine what is a "good" weight for bench press;
age
body weight
years training
any pre-existing injuries or physical complaints
natty or non-natty
But for argument's sake, say you are a 25 year-old man who has been lifting 3 years totally natty and weighs 225lb, then 275lb bench would be a "good" lift.
