WFH brahs: How do you interact with work sloots when you’re not in the office?

Do you randomly video call them to chat chite?
Do you send them messages on zoom/teams throughout the day?
Do you not talk with them aside from work related stuff when you’re WFH?
Asking for a friend.

You don’t.

Everything is monitored in work, not worth your job.

I usually only communicate with coworkers off work hours when it’s urgent and related to work. On the rare occasions that I talk about something else, it’s usually accompanied by pictures of the weather or my kids, just to ensure that any spark is smothered before it even has a chance.

Can appreciate the honesty, but it raised the question of why do people on the internet hate socializing with their coworkers so much?

I dunno man, as I got older this weird instinct came over me. I don’t know what it is, it’s a conundrum.

Like I posted in another thread, it's been 2 months since I've spoken to an American citizen at work. Counted my Teams pings, and I have spoken to 31 different Asians over that time. 29 of them were men.
