I was out the second that dude started putting gold flakes on caviar. Dude’s stuck in the early 2000s. Spends an hour creating an appetizer dish that will be devoured in seconds that’s topped with caviar straight out of a container. Not for me bruh. Would go to Bacchanal twice instead, srs.

Bro you'd be full as fukk after a 16 course meal at Robuchon. It's not like going to a gastro place that serves mostly foams and purees.
