That we can't discern whether it's the engine or people screaming makes this video even more chilling. Literally within 1 second we see fire and hearing a screeching sound... Fu/cking terrifying.

The inside of a plane cabin doesn't really have any hard materials to break a phone, its all plastic, seat padding and bodies.
