Got bad news that I have to move out of my new place I worked hard for and loved because the bathroom has plumbing issue’s apparently I can’t be living here while they fix it

I payed rent since it’s been happening but then disputed all rental payments and stopped paying. So now the argument is how much is an uninhabitable unit worth per month. I paid $50 rent is $1300. So if they wanna take me to court they are in direct violation of a city ordinance. I’m guessing this is why they havnt yet. They offered to give me back my security deposit if I was out in like a week (lol wat end of the year too) and I still stayed

I sold my car cause the warranty was about to expire so I can’t even goto the gym.

I’ve been smoking a lot of weed non stop to the point where I’m quitting again cause I’ve literally just been smoking all day and not leaving my room for weeks. I don’t want my mental health to start getting bad

So now I’m sober and I’m just truly disgusted with myself. I wasted so much time once again and now I have to move AGAIN. I can’t take this stress so I just decided I’m going to stay here as long as possible until they do take me to court where I will destroy them. I have an attorney who’s already dealt with lawsuits with this company and said they are terrible land lords

So now I’m just realizing how worthless I’ve been the past two months because I havnt had a car or a plan on what I’m going to do.

I’m going to be 30 soon I’m a complete failure I wanted to have so many things by the time I was 30 it’s like I’m restarting now

I have a good amount of savings


I stopped smoking weed cause I just don’t have a plan in life now and it’s going to make my mental health get worse. Literally just staying in my bedroom all day smoking is making me lose it

So now I’m just going to be sober from now on until I fix this mess in my life

I now need to get a new car and a new apartment. All of which I had a few months ago and I was VERY happy. Of course my happiness doesn’t last

I don’t wanna kill myself because I still have the urge to win in life but i literally hate everything about myself now and I’m disgusted. I also gains 10lbs throughout all of this

I don’t know what I’m going to do but I decided to stop smoking in the meantime or else I’m just going to get stuck in this fog while high af because my life has ZERO direction now

I took a really cold shower today too so I’m gonna start doing that everyday

I really really hate myself though and my inability to have healthy relationships and friendships

I took a few weeks off trading because I got a lot for my car when I sold it and all that money back from the rental disputes also hit some nice sports bets. I actually am glad I did after seeing the CPI print come in flat

But tomorrow im wiring over a lot of money to start trading again

I feel like trading will get me back on track I got really comfortable to the point of depression

I almost bought 5k in ETH this weekend because I was so bored

I work from home trading options

But I stopped trading all month until tomorrow I’m back in it again

It’s only because I sold my car

Once I get a new car I’ll have close to no money saved up

You know what you gotta do. Get your living situation and car sorted and then handle business. If you're worried about career, there's a lot more opportunities out there than you think
