What happened to Reddit (srs)

This place used to get me through my boring days in the office but it’s so far left now it’s pretty much unusable for me. My city’s subreddit page is literally commie chit.

Looking at my phone usage over the last 7 days and it only accounts for 30 minutes!

Any subreddits that are still based? Might have to reactivate my ******** to get me through work today.

8 years ago it was fine imo. Yeah it was leftist but there were still subreddits for people who didn’t subscribe to that.

Some hobby subs like Reddit bjj or Reddit skiing are all right.

You end up with a few annoying hobbyists with soy tendencies like hoping fathers who don’t put helmets on their kids watch them die hitting a tree.

Bjj subreddit seems mostly based

Chemistry subreddit is fine etc

I gained respect for a certain sub there.

Samuel Webster who was 18 at the time posted videos of himself torturing and killing animals. The sub sent them to the feds who tracked him down and arrested him in Utah. He has 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine now. Personal feelings he deserves more time imo. But I respect the sub that took him down.

The feds removed all the torture videos from the internet and saved them as evidence.

He was charged with physical and sexually torturing 16 Guinea pigs.

Think about the mentality of someone who wants to do BJJ in the first place. Men are violent minded and seek out power and all that.
