The Last of Us TV Series premiere

Ep. 1 out now boiz and girlz! Sickening episode, riveting tale, pissening quality. 10/10 wood watch the whole season in 1 go. No idea how good the game was, never played it but this one's a good zombie series if judging by the pilot.

Game is overrated. 8/10 at best (never played multiplayer). Good game, but not this masterpiece it's hailed as imo. More movie than game.

Nonsense. The gameplay isn't the most modern but it has plenty of gameplay. You must be aware your opinion is a minority one since most people rate it as masterpiece level. I played it late last year after a ton of big modern releases like Rift Apart, Resident Evil Village, Cyberpunk etc and it was better than all of them to me.

So are we talking about gameplay or story now? Cuz if you wanna shift over to story thars cool. There were a fuking ton of sad moments in TLOU. Game was a misery simulator man. I think you probably prefer longer games that's why.

TLOU is an objectively terrible game, terrible story, half assed survival mechanics, bad shooting mechanics, and then in the 2nd one I heard they made it a trannie simulator, the original was a chore to get through

If you want a better game that came out around same time try Spec Ops the Line, Tomb Raider reboot, Evil Within, all much better games. TLOU ****ing sucks

I rarely take ratings at face value. Just because other people liked or enjoyed something doesn't mean I will. There's millions of different variables at play. I've watched movies that got dirt low levels and enjoyed them and have seen others with full scores and thought they weren't that interesting. Given the current overall mentality of society, high scores would lead me to believe the opposite. Big Bang Theory got fantastic scores and I did enjoy it but Misc hates on it all day every day.

There's 0 re-playability but the first game is pretty dece, OP. Def enjoyed my first playthrough. When I went to replay it I got bored within 10 minutes, though.
Never played 2 cuz the writer is too much of a ****git and I don't support creators who behave like they did after the whole leaked story scandal. Probably won't watch the show either cuz of this. Casting looks sh!t and that main writer guy just sucks too much ass to support.

You're saying a whole bunch of nothing in this post, you realise that right. Yeah of course there are exceptions to everything but generally when a piece of media gets stellar critic and audience scores it's safe to say that most people would enjoy it. The opposite is also true, most media that gets dumpstered by critics and audience reviews would be disliked by the majority as well but some sure there are exceptions.

So rather than saying nothing, let me saying something direct. Scores don't mean sht when it comes to personally deciding whether you'll like it or not. Just because it has a high score doesn't mean it will be good or a low score bad. Decide for yourself. Following scores and treating them like absolutes and gospel is just being a sheep and letting others dictate your decisions.

My reason for posting the ratings was just an indication it was liked by many, and therefore probably not "terrible" like he said. There are very few pieces of media that get acclaim across the board by critics and audiences that are "terrible". Can you think of any?
