in the future only the elites will eat meat.

plebs will be feed grains like cattle. you wont even be eating eggs, which used to be one of the cheapest foods out there. if your worth millions what does it matter to you if meat goes up 10x, 100x even you can still eat it but the serfs will only eat seeds like a farm animal.

1 lb a day if I average it, guess tours over.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Is that part of those new guideline where they declared Lucky Charms healthier than red meat?

Their solid advice on diet has worked wonders since the late 1970s. There's been no noticeable change in obesity since then, right? And despite the share of people who smoke being down like 80% cancer rates have stayed the same. Totally solid advice from these kunts, who are largely funded by food companies and use sham studies by processed food companies. Keep eating all those carbs.....pharma stocks need to go up.

Anything the government says about how you should live your life should never be taken seriously. The same person coming up with that legislation is the exact same 300 lb sassy low life at the DMV.

Check out school lunch programs. As long as grades 9 - 12 are served a minimum of 10 - 12oz of protein a WEEK everything checks out fine.

For some reason US media outlets say they eat little meat, which isn't true at all. Straight up lies constantly. The kunts have tried the lie with people from Okinawa - "oh they eat some fish, almost no meat at all." In reality they eat a higher proportion of their diet as meat than Americans do. American media report what Okinawans ate immediately after WW2 (rekt country) and pretend it's the same today. LOLZ. But they do skip the ice cream aisle, skip the soda, potato chips, fried dough, etc. And they don't really retire after they retire. If they can they keep working.

Just lol......they're trying to keep us slow, weak and dumb

I'm literally a different, more energetic, more productive, happier more optimistic person when I drop carbs and eat 90% meat.

Currently eating at least a lb of meat/day if not 1.5-2lbs.

Grilled 4 lbs of steak, and 5 lbs of chicken last night to prep for the week.....and I've got a pork butt in the crockpot right now.

Per the US govt ketones are baaahhdd. Bring up the word ketones and the first thing brought up is diabetic ketoacidosis, which has absolutely nothing to do with the 99% of the population that's impossible for because we're not Type 1 diabetics. No doubt the guidelines are still recommending eating snacks in between meals. God forbid your insulin levels are jacked up every waking minute.

In reality the food guidelines should advise everyone over age 25 without eating disorders or Type 1 diabetes to skip eating one day a week. Big Pharma companies would be livid!!!

They'd rather we eat soy and chit rather than real meats. keep that test low, make sure all the "males" continue to be high pitched, nasally voiced cucks that take their vax and stand in line

you will eat ze bugs, soy and fake meat, and you will love it

just LOL

65g a day is nothing. meanwhile we got people eating a whole family pack of chips, guzzling down bottles of beer, 2L club sodas. but meat is the problem. even after studies show that it isn't. people lack protein in their diet.

it's almost like the whole feminization of men, climate change and government overreach all come together for one goal, absolute control, Wow! who would have thought.

i'm fortunate enough to have had real some cooked meals growing up. i know some people who grew up eating mashed potato out of a bag and burger king most of their lives.

Same. I grew up on home cooking, but of course back in the day it was too expensive to eat out and it was a luxury.
Having grown up that way, I also cook most meals and eating out is a treat. I also make my kids school lunches. School lunch was crap when I was a kid, and it seems even worse now.
Same. Eating out was a rare treat when I was growing up. When my son was little he got real homemade food. We rarely got takeout or fast food. Packed lunches too. He got to buy lunch at school once a week. It was a private school so they weren't the worst lunches out there.

I'm doing a primary carnivore diet (meat) with maybe 10% of whatever I want sprinkled in after. Typically just stuff like cheese, yogurt, fruit, milk, honey, etc. Sometimes might add in a small bit of bread. I'm making an effort to stay out of ketosis. One thing I've noticed is. When you are eating primarily protein its incredibly filling. Its 'hard' to over eat.

I get about 1g of protein per 1lb of body-weight eating this way. And I'm completely full/satiated.

My stomach/digestion is 1000x better cutting out veg, seed oils, and carbs/starches.
