They dont have the ability to do many things at once or stay calm. But they dont suffer from too much self confidence like some of us males which is one of the biggest causes of crashes

This is a retarded thread.
Plenty of instances of female pilots doing immaculate jobs getting broken planes safely on the ground.
Plenty of instances of male pilots having their ego kill everyone on board.
Schit happens. Instances of both good and bad for both. Sometimes your aircraft just screws you over. Maintainers are a big key in the chain.
But I can promise male ego has caused more fatal mishaps than any other cause.
This was pure ego

I have over 5000 hours as crew on C130's and have gone through many trainee pilots going from trainee (requiring a co-pilot to be on-board) to being a co-pilot and then to being a pilot in command. Both males and females.
The worse trainee pilot I have seen was male. I don't understand how he got through flight school. He was actively pushed out of ever becoming a pilot by our pilot trainers. Seriously, I was on a training flight with that guy and our PIC trainer made that guy go sit the fukc in cargo area to go land the plane.
I have flown with a female pilot in command and co-pilot, no problems. Never flown with a female flight engineer. I was on H-models. No input how that would go over on J-models where there is no flight engineers. I have no problems with female pilots. I think it's more about the person.
