Only poverty men get their chicken wings fried

Demand them grilled. 1/2 the calories, all the flavor. None of the soy oils.

I thought the entire point of eating wings was the batter? Why would you eat the most poverty cut of chicken if you're going to grill?

Wings were just a throwaway part of the chicken that some bar owner figured tradies would still eat if he fried them.

As with most things food, I agree with OP. Making them at home you can also air fry, especially if your sauce is less runny like a Korean bbq wing
