I don't know if I do it right or not. But my shoulders are so tight that they hurt.

I can't get my traps to relax.

Id use the fuk around and find out technique to get that shoulder better

+ get deep tissue work on those traps and whatever else is tight, check those lats too, they play a big role w/ shoulders

That’s really good, mirin that you’re keeping that power up at 53. Gives me no excuse to be struggling with repping 225 at 38 and blaming my shoulder. I still miss not giving a damn about stuff like that at 22. Lifting without any regard to anything hurting lol.

It's wild how much things are starting to hurt these days.

I seriously try to get there 45min early and roll and dynamic stretch before push day.

Everything makes noise now for some reason.
